  2. Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  3. Overnight Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery on the next business day for orders placed before 12 PM (local time).

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Order Processing

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
  2. Pre-Order Items: For items available for pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be noted on the product page. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Delivery

  1. Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.
  2. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, all orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.
  3. Failed Deliveries: If delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

  1. Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
  2. Delivery Times: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

  1. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
