Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

At Santo Studio, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process as outlined below.

Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may be denied a return.

Return Window

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • International orders
  • Last Chance / Sale items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel, including underwear and swimwear, unless defective or damaged upon arrival

Packaging

Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Shipping

  • Returns are accepted for U.S. orders only
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label
  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the label cost will be deducted from your refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Santo Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Refunds

Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet return eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.

Approval & Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Deductions

Refunds may be reduced by:

  • The cost of the return shipping label, if provided by Santo Studio

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in non-original condition, missing packaging, or showing signs of wear not due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy

  • We offer one free exchange per order for U.S. customers
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Additional exchanges beyond the first may require a return and new purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact concierge@santostudio.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Resolution

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please retain all original packaging until the issue is fully resolved.
